- Assist in the migration of existing systems and data to Microsoft 365, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Integrate Microsoft 365 services with other on-premises or cloud-based systems within the organization.
- Write scripts to automate routine administrative tasks, improving efficiency and consistency.
- Customize and extend the functionality of Microsoft 365 services through scripting.
- Implement security measures and ensure compliance with regulatory standards for Microsoft 365 environments.
- Develop and enforce security configurations consistently across the organization.
- Design and implement collaboration solutions using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other relevant tools.
- Optimize collaboration platforms to enhance team productivity and communication.
- Implement and manage identity solutions using Azure Active Directory, including authentication and access control.
- Ensure secure and efficient user provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
- Continuously review and optimize the Microsoft 365 environment for performance, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
- Stay updated on the latest features and updates from Microsoft to leverage new capabilities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Architect or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure Active Directory.
- Strong scripting skills, particularly in PowerShell, for automation and customization.
- Experience with migration projects and integrating Microsoft 365 with other systems.
- Knowledge of security best practices and the ability to implement them in Microsoft 365 environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, are a plus.
