Are you looking to develop your skills by moving into a Data Analyst role where you can assist in overseeing the M&A team and support with dataroom management?

Location: Perspective Financial Group Ltd – Home Based
Hours: Full time 9.00am – 5.00pm, Monday – Friday
Salary: Competitive, dependent upon experience and qualifications

Specific Responsibilities:
- Supporting the M&A Integration Team in the logging and management of pipeline acquisition targets and current opportunities, identifying information gaps and exceptions
- Track and report integration progress including proactive identification of exceptions and potential issues.
- Assisting with the collection, organisation and analysis of data from vendors and/or their representatives
- Liaising with providers, vendors and internal stakeholders on the preparation of letters, forms and other formal documentation
- Data cleansing from various sources.
- Stakeholder management.
- Dataroom management.
- Preparation and review of monthly reports including the investigation of variances and reporting of these to the Senior members of the department.
Due to the nature of the business, the role may also include additional responsibilities considered reasonable.
Requirements:
Key Requirements
Studying towards ACA/ACCA. Graduate or part qualified level.- Experience with Microsoft Excel, capable of the creation and maintenance of often complex spreadsheets and the analysis of data.
- The proven ability to manage and prioritise workloads and coordinate a number of simultaneous projects and communication streams.
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Outstanding communication skills at all levels.
- Ability to produce concise business correspondence, proofread for grammar, spelling and punctuation with a high degree of accuracy.
- Analytical and proactive problem-solving skills.
