Responsibilities:
- Set up machines and complete checklists before production
- Maintain equipment and conduct regular maintenance
- Ensure safety protocols for colleagues and products
- Document line, equipment, process, and quality checks accurately
- Assist with machine changeovers
- Conduct specified line cleaning operations
- Monitor machine output
- Collaborate with the quality team to ensure product quality and safety
- Collate and enter production information into relevant systems
- Work in a controlled and safe manner at all times
Skills Required:
- No previous experience necessary
- Understanding of food safety principles
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptability to changing tasks or departments
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Reliability, hardworking, and a team player
- Good attendance, flexibility to hours, and punctuality
- Willingness to learn and progress in your role
