Machine Operator/Setter

High volume machine and manufacturing company requires a Machine Operator to join their expanding team based in Redditch.

Previous machine operating is essential to fulfil this role. Within this role you will be offered free car parking and competitive pay rates. Offered on a temporary to permanent basis, this role of Machine Operator is available with immediate start!

Duties and responsibilities of Machine Operator:

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery
• Operate tools in order to aid in the manufacturing process
• Work with others in order to ensure that equipment is in proper working order
• Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations
• Working on a wide range of different machines

Skills and attributes required by Machine Operator:

• Previous machine operating experience and setting would be desirable
• Works well within a team and individually
• High attention to detail
• Good use of hand tools

Location: Redditch

Hours: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm (rotating shifts)

Pay: £10.82-£11.67 per hour depending on which shift you are on
