A number of opportunities are available within the Digital Administration Team of a leading Sunderland employer, where you will be working for one of Europe’s largest outsourcing companies.
You will handle large volumes of confidential documents and data for a variety of high-profile clients, open and sort incoming physical mail then process mail creating digital versions via data entry ensuring accuracy and within agreed timescales.
You will be meticulous in following process with a natural attention to detail and experienced in working within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Handling incoming post/mail, secure documents, and data
- Data Entry – Converting physical data and inputting onto various IT systems.
- Processing large volumes of data into various forms and databases
- Day to day processing & distribution of documents
- Printing and scanning relevant documents.
- Scanning/photocopying secure data
- Supporting wider site activities as and when required
To be able to proceed with this opportunity you will have to pass security checks i.e. DBS, due to the nature of the role.
