We at Restore Digital are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible individual to join our team as a Mailroom Operator.
In this role, you will be working in the booking in department, you will need good attention to detail as you will be using computers to do data input. This role will also physical with a lot of standing and lifting. You will be a proactive and reliable individual with a keen eye for detail to excel in the role of Mailroom Operator. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow guidelines and procedures for processing documents
- Prepare documents for scanning i.e. removal of staples, folds, attachments etc
- Work well as a team to achieve scanning volume targets and all quality standards
- Ensure all pages are scanned correctly and accurately
- Communicate effectively and cooperatively with all colleagues and management
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
ABOUT YOU
- Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Great Attention to detail - A meticulous approach to document preparation and quality checks, ensuring accuracy and precision in every task.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential to maintain the workflow and meet operational needs
IT Literacy with experience working on Microsoft Packages such as word and Excel
Restore Digital support customers on their digital transformation journeys. Born out of a scanning company, we still have four main scanning centres across the UK where we are working on large digitisation projects for the NHS, the Ministry of Defence and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority. And usually, we are busy digitising most of the exam papers undertake in the UK every year.
