Maintenance Administrator
Welwyn Garden City
Up to 23,000 dependent on experience + OTE up to 30,000 with "on call" shifts
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm + 1 in 4-5 weeks "on call" shifts

Key responsibilities:-
- Provide immediate telephone resolution of reactive maintenance calls
- Liaise with clients regarding planned and reactive maintenance visits
- Create and request site access permits
- Allocate subcontract engineers to jobs
- Obtain quotations for extra works, gaining approval where appropriate and once approved, issue to clients / sub contract engineer
- Maintain Risk Assessments & Methods Statements for all active sites
- Liaise with the Co-ordinator regarding site issues and site closures
- Keeping accurate records regarding all jobs relating to planned maintenance
- Keeping accurate records regarding all call activity relating to reactive maintenance calls
- Monitor and update the subcontract engineers' planners at regular intervals throughout the day
- Provide out of hours reactive maintenance cover as part of the on call rota, as appropriate
- Produce internal and external activity based reports
- Attend site visits for training purposes

- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- High attention to detail
- Confident telephone manner
- Resilient
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Team focused
