We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Administrator to provide essential administrative support. This role involves a variety of tasks including generating, processing, and completing job cards, interfacing with various departments, and maintaining the archive room.
You will have a strong administrative background, excellent IT skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
Day to Day of the role:- Raising and closing job cards in the Maintenance Management System
- Maintaining the archive room and updating the archive register.
- Raising safety or defect issues with departmental area engineers.
- Providing administrative support for generating, processing, and completing job cards in the CMMS.
- Liaising with on-site contractors and using contractor portals to obtain report information.
- Assisting with monthly reports for the Maintenance Manager.
- Supporting the planning and documentation control of CDM works.
- Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and Excel.
- Experience with computer maintenance platforms.
- Proven administrative experience, ideally within a technical or compliance setting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and prioritisation skills.
- Good IT/PC skills and the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, both internally and externally.
