SalaryMaintenance Administrator required for our client, one of UK's leaders in design, installation and maintenance of Lightning Protection systems.
This support role means that you will be playing an essential part in ensuring accurate and timely communication with clients, internal departments and site engineers.
Maintenance Administrator Position Overview
- Compiling and sending out test certificates, reports and quotes
- Contacting clients to follow up maintenance quotes sent, this is business to business contact to chase for orders for the quotes sent.
- Using the SQL based CRM database to update client and quote information, prepare client files etc.
- Filing of paperwork in client files, ensuring notes are up to date, spread sheets are accurate, engineers have the correct paperwork for the correct day etc.
- Calling clients to book in engineers to complete maintenance works.
- Ensuring that engineers have the relevant information to attend the correct site with the correct paperwork.
- Data capture, ensuring that our workbook is updated daily with the jobs completed by each engineer.
- Document Management - ensuring internal paperwork is uploaded as a priority for the Finance team.
- General administrative duties where required, providing cover for colleagues in their absence, assisting with answering the phones etc.

Maintenance Administrator Position Remuneration
- 21,000 - 24,000 DOE
- Full Time, Permanent
- Monday-Friday
- Available to start in March
- 5-hour week (phone number removed)
