Job Title: Maintenance Chief Engineer
Location: Netherlands
Salary: €3,200 – €4,200 gross per month

As a Cluster Chief Engineer you will be in charge of the day-to-day maintenance activities of the Eindhoven location.
You will make sure all areas of the hotel are in optimal conditions by performing preventive and emergency routine check ups so their guests have THE BEST experience during their stay in their hotels.

About the position

• Maximizing the maintenance department with a balanced focus on operations, guest, employee and owners satisfaction is what’s important to you.
• Oversee all maintenance tasks and thereby priorities a timely and accurate completion.
• Ensure the proper use and periodic maintenance of all equipment
• You are responsible for quality service, meeting/exceeding financial goals, short- and long-term planning and day-to-day operations
• Promoting a helpful and professional image to guests and other team members by responding with full and positive co-operation to requests received
• You will maintain overview and proper records relating to all plant and equipment repairs and services
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to connect with others

The successful candidate

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant engineering field
• Previous experience leading or supervising a team, preferably in multiple locations
• A sound understanding of engineering principles.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and restore morale to a team.
• Have a very hands on approach
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• English required, Dutch is a plus
• Must be based in the Netherlands already, preferrably in the Eindhoven area
