Our Maintenance Coordination Team Leader

As Maintenance Coordination Team Leader you will be accountable for:

• Lead and manage your team providing support when required.
• Provide information on the teams performance metrics
• Scheduling routine maintenance visits for customers in your region
• Liaising with engineers regarding planned maintenance visits
• Planning sub contracted attendances to site to carry out works.
• Set up new contracts onto the system.
• Managing invoices regarding maintenance visits
• Monthly performance reporting to line managers

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Team Leader role.
• Good commercial understanding and awareness
• Customer focused with the ability to resolve customer queries
• Be capable of working effectively under pressure in a deadline driven environment
• Professional with excellent communication, admin and people skills
• Strong organisational stills
• The ability to handle multiple priorities with a structured approach
• Self-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic
