Hourly: £14.11p/hr + Hybrid (Sat/Sun home)
Hours: 30 hours p/wk working 4 days per wk (Friday-Monday) Days
As a Part time Customer Service Team Leader this is a great opportunity if you don't mind working weekends and have days off in the week-days!
In this role you will be responsible for supervising and supporting a team of Customer service representatives, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to our clients.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and motivating a team of Customer service representatives to achieve targets and KPIs
- Providing ongoing training and development to enhance the team's skills and knowledge
- Handling escalated customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution
- Collaborating with other teams to improve customer experience and service delivery
- Monitoring and reporting team performance to management
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in a Customer service role with some exposure to team leading or deputising
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and handle difficult situations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
