Main duties include:
- Performing scheduled preventive maintenance (PPM), conducting inspections, and troubleshooting electrical equipment, machinery, and systems.
- Addressing and rectifying reactive electrical faults promptly to minimise downtime and optimise equipment efficiency.
- Installing, testing, and upkeeping electrical systems, encompassing lighting, power distribution, and control panels.
- Communicating with fellow maintenance team members to tackle electrical and mechanical issues collaboratively.
- Contributing to the formulation of maintenance plans and procedures for enhanced system performance and safety.
- Maintaining precise records of maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company standards.
- Participating in training and development programs to remain current with industry trends and best practices.
The successful candidate may have:
- NVQ Level 3
- ECS Gold card
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience within the social housing sector
