Maintenance Electrician

Are you a skilled Facilities Maintenance Electrician seeking a dynamic role covering sites in Bristol and across the South West? We have an excellent opportunity available to join a leading facilities management company on a prestigious office building contract. This position offers a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, along with a company van and fuel card, and a generous holiday entitlement of 23 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertaking planned and reactive electrical maintenance tasks across office buildings within Bristol and surrounding areas.
• Conducting fault finding and repairs on electrical systems and equipment.
• Installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems in compliance with regulations.
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications and Experience:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance, ideally within office building environments.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
