We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Fabric Technician who strives to delivering top-notch planned and reactive maintenance on buildings for a various commercial site from offices to retail stores around Glasgow, Ayrshire, Dumfries, or West central Scotland, so no two days are the same.
Working hours are 8am till 5pm with the flexibility to travel.
Paying a competitive rate up to £31,000 with a van + fuel card and overtime available.
Responsibilities of a Maintenance Engineer
Execute planned maintenance, including fire alarm checks, emergency light testing, water temperature checks and tap flushing.Reactive maintenance can vary daily from putting up a shelf, changing taps, fixing windows or doors, painting and decorating.Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and going above and beyond to exceed their expectations.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.Travelling from site to site getting to take in the beautiful scenery of Scotland.Do you think what it's got to be a Mobile Maintenance Engineer role?
