Main Duties: Health & Safety
Writing and Assessment of Safe Working Procedures & Risk Assessments Monitoring and auditing of contractors in respect to their safety performance Ensuring that all contractors under their control are inducted to site, follow written instructions and carry out their work safely Issuing and control of Permits to Work Correct use of and auditing of PPE at all times Ensuring that departmental housekeeping is maintained to the highest standards at all times To set the example for others to follow
Main Duties: Engineering
Continuous improvement of plant and procedures To report to the Maintenance Manager/deputy manager To complete all the necessary paperwork relating to the maintenance remit Operation of Planned Preventative Maintenance System (Limble) Analysis of downtime Problem solving / troubleshooting Continuous improvement of plant and procedures
