Maintenance Engineer

We currently have a great opportunity for Maintenance Engineers to join one of London's most established maintenance providers for a commercial contract in the City of London. Working Monday to Friday, 7-4 & 8-5, the Maintenance Engineer will cover planned and reactive maintenance building services on which is a newly awarded maintenance contract.

Successful candidates will be experienced with Building Maintenance and HVAC systems, being able to work independently whilst also being able to work part of a team. The successful Maintenance Engineers should have at least three years experience in the commercial building services maintenance sector with either electrical, mechanical, A/C, plumbing qualifications.

• PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance

• Electrical Fault-Finding

• Single & Three Phase Power

• Emergency Lighting

• Fire Alarms

• HVAC

• Pumps & Motors

• AC

• Tap Temperatures

• Flushing

• Water treatment

• Filters

• Belts

• General Building Services

Requirements

• Recognised Electrical or Mechanical qualifications (Level 3 or equivalent as a minimum)

• Building Services Maintenance experience

• Very Client facing

Salary and Benefits

• Monday to Friday, 7-4 & 8-5 working week

• £46,000 - £48,000 per annum
