Are you a Maintenance Joiner looking for a new exciting opportunity?
Our client is looking for an experienced Maintenance Joiner to join their team who will be responsible for the highest standard of maintenance which includes Reactive, Planned Preventative and Scheduled Maintenance Services.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Restore, replace, or install roofing trusses for traditional hips and valleys, as well as fascia and barge boards.
- Revise or replace ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, tongue and groove or sheet flooring.
- Renovate or replace doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards, and ducting panelling.
- Ensure fire doors are maintained to meet current Fire Safety Standards
- Manage upkeep of kitchen facilities.
- Revamp, replace, or install ironmongery for doors and windows.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Carpentry & Joinery (7906) - City and Guilds or NVQ Level 3 Joinery
- 5 Years post qualification experience of undertaking Building Maintenance in Commercial / Industrial sector.
- Recognised Fire Safety - Approved Fire Door Maintenance Course - desirable.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
