SalaryJob Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our facility. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of all equipment and systems, as well as managing a team of maintenance technicians. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime - Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations - Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement - Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to production - Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems, utilizing knowledge of logic controllers, schematics, and mechanical systems - Oversee the ordering and inventory management of spare parts and supplies - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees - Develop and manage the maintenance budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities - Collaborate with external vendors and contractors as needed for specialized repairs or projects - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in maintenance technology Skills: - Strong mechanical knowledge, including experience with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems - Proficiency in electrical systems, including the ability to read schematics and diagnose electrical issues - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of maintenance technicians - Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions - Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail If you are a highly motivated individual with proven experience in maintenance management, we encourage you to apply for this position.
