Mon – Thu 6AM – 3PM

Fri – 6AM – 1PM

What would I be doing as a Maintenance Manager?

• Managing engineering projects
• Implementing and managing a PM Schedule
• Report on monthly engineering projects
• Be computer literate and have strong working knowledge of excel
• The ability to communication to stakeholders at all different levels
• Work well in a team environment and on own initiative
• Work well under pressure
• Ensuring Health & Safety requirements are met, and procedures followed
• Have a flexible and adaptable approach to work across 2 sites (within 3 miles of each other), work overtime to meet the business needs and respond to occasional out of hours call outs

The qualifications and experience required to be a Maintenace Manager…?

• Ideally coming from a paint plant or automotive background
• This is a hands on role split between spending 70% of your time on the tools and 30% in the office
• Degree qualified or equivalent
• Previous experience reading and interpreting mechanical & electrical drawings
• Multi skilled bias 60/40 either way though electrical bias is preferred
• The ability to understand pneumatic systems
• The ability to fault find to a high standard across all areas
• Previous industry experience within the automotive sector is advantageous for this role
