Hooray are proud to be supporting a local independent charity to assist in the recruitment for a Maintenance Manager to join their team on a full-time, one year fixed term contract (37.5 hours per week)

As a Maintenance Manager, you will:
- Manage the team of cleaners and caretakers across multi-sites in Gloucestershire
- Ensuring the fleet of vehicles are in a good and safe condition
- Provide regular support and supervisions to staff
- Identify new facilities for the organisation to rent to support the growth of service
To be successful as a Maintenance Manager you will have:
- NEBOSH qualification, or be willing to undertake and IOSH
- A relevant qualification in facilities management
- Previous experience of working to develop facilities and maintenance
- The ability to provide leadership in busy, challenging, and ever changing environments
In return my client is offering an annual salary of up to £28,000. Please note, this is a full time, one year fixed term contract (37.5 hours)
