Your new role
Leading around 10 mixed skill engineers in production maintenance you work days and support production. A large part of the role is also managing the installation projects as they continue to invest and upgrade to meet growing demand and retain quality levels. They have also recently invested in a strong maintenance system that you will manage as they are dedicated to a more preventative attitude toward maintenance..exactly the support you want from management
What you'll need to succeed
People leadership skills to utilise your team, experience in managing improvements and installations and leading contractors. The emphasis is ongoing improvement so a verve for this kind of approach is essential
What you'll get in return
