Job description
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the development and delivery of the maintenance service to provide a high-quality customer focus and cost-effective maintenance and improvement service to our tenants in relation to both preventative and response maintenance.(Fixed Term for 12months to cover Maternity leave).

Relevant third level qualification 5 years proven Property Management experience with at least 2 of those at a supervisory levelProven track record in formulating and delivering programmes to performance targets, budget and achieving high levels of customer satisfactionStrong proven procurement and contract management experience relating to the delivery of work programmesKnowledge and Experience of managing Measured Term Contracts and proven track record of deliveryStrong project management skills and proven track record of deliveryKnowledge of relevant legislation, and current issues within the housing sector Ability to build and manage collaborative relationships with a range of stake holders and contracting organisations , Relevant professional qualification/membership of relevant professional bodyA working knowledge of EU and NI Public Procurement PolicyPrevious experience of working in a Housing Association, Northern Ireland Housing Executive or Local Authority Housing DepartmentExperience of working with a Board of DirectorsKnowledge of the statutory requirements for Housing Association stock management and procurement including the Department for Social DfC Association Guide
