FCG is an investor led consortium of Equitis, P3P Partners and River Ridge, and is managed by EMS Management Services Ltd.

Salary £30,000 per Annum, plus Overtime, plus benefits (Private Health Care, Income Protection, Life Assurance, Medical Cashback, Pension Scheme and Profit share)
Annualised hours - 2080hrs
Working Hours: 07:00 – 15:30, 40hr per weeks with additional hours as and when required.

About The Role
Acting under the direction of the Plant Availability Supervisor, the Operations Support will ensure the safe and efficient operation of all plant availability activities. In doing so, they will be promoting a culture of maximum plant reliability, flexibility, and availability. This is to be achieved whilst attaining high standards of Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental performance.
Required Criteria
- Technical qualification relating to process plant operation and / or maintenance (equivalent to level 3 or above), OR 2 years’ experience in assembly and disassembly of mechanical plant
- Be computer literate.
- Willing and able to learn
- Technically minded.
- Able to think logically and solve problems.
- Able to work flexibly and co-operatively within a process environment.
- Self-motivated with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Have good communication skills.
