Working Hours: Monday – Friday 0800 - 1630
Salary: £24000 - £27000

Development Details:
The development features 283 residential apartments spread across 10 blocks, located close to the town centre and a bus stop. As the sole Maintenance Operative on-site, you will work closely with the Estate Manager to maintain the development to the highest standards. Your primary responsibilities will include painting and decorating, small repairs, basic plumbing, and carpentry.
Having expertise in identifying and addressing leaks within a residential development is highly advantageous for this role.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Maintenance Operative at Rendall & Rittner, you will be:
- Experienced in performing various maintenance tasks, this includes tasks like changing light bulbs, repairing items, clear drains and locating and addressing leaks within a flat.
- Passionate about creating a clean, positive, and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team this will be done through litter picking, window cleaning, metal polishing, and painting.
- Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
- Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
- Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
