SalaryCobalt are working with a large (and growing) managing agent to find a Maintenance Operative to oversee the upkeep of a portfolio of buildings in Denham.

The role will include tasks listed below, but are not limited to:
Carry out a daily visual inspection of the property and report any damage/required repairs to the Area office.
Ensure all common parts lighting are in good working order, and ensure adequate spares are on hand.
Conduct regular inspections on health and safety equipment.
Carry out regular site inspections and identify any potential hazards that may arise.
Provide site access to all contractors and visitors where necessary.
Assist Handyperson/Gardener in carrying out general maintenance duties on the development.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in providing grounds and maintenance support within a similar role, and be a proven problem-solver.
