Location: New Beach Holiday Park, Dymchurch, Kent, TN29 0JX

Job Type: Seasonal

Shift: Monday-Sunday, 40-44 hours per week, 8 hour shifts

Rate of Pay: National Minimum Wage

If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join our team at Park Holidays as a Maintenance and Gardening Specialist.

At Park Holidays, we understand that the appearance of our holiday park is just as important as its functionality. That's why we are seeking a Maintenance/Grounds Personwho can help us maintain a beautiful and well-kept outdoor environment for our guests to enjoy.

Responsibilities:

· Carry out general maintenance and repairs across the holiday park, including plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.

· Conduct regular checks and inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and address any issues.

· Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.

· Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work carried out.

· Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with health and safety regulations.

· Undertake gardening duties including mowing lawns, weeding, planting, and maintaining the holiday park's outdoor spaces.

Requirements:

· A passion for fixing things and solving problems.

· Strong practical skills in areas such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and gardening

· A straightforward, no-nonsense approach to work

· A flexible schedule and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

· A commitment to health and safety regulations

· An understanding of gardening best practices and techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 44 per week
