Maintenance Operative/Caretaker

My client are seeking a Caretaker/Site Maintenance Technician to ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and security of our premises. The Caretaker/Site Maintenance Technician will be responsible for investigating faults and issues, performing light maintenance tasks, and coordinating external service providers. They will also contribute to the upkeep of health and safety procedures. The ideal candidate should have a proactive approach to maintenance and building management, previous experience in a similar caretaker or facilities role, basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical tasks, and a good understanding of health and safety requirements within an office and manufacturing environment.
