Summary
GBP11.40 up to GBP12.30 per hour - This isn't 9-5. This is making the most of every day.
Our maintenance team are always on the go, keeping our distribution centre and network of stores running smoothly by looking after our equipment, machinery, fixtures and fittings.
As a dedicated Maintenance Operative, you'll take pride in making sure our warehouse stays in top condition, supporting your team with a can-do attitude, plenty of initiative and a flexible approach to working late shifts, nights and weekends. It's a busy, dynamic work place, full of variety and fresh challenges.
What you'll do
Manage, repair and service our fleet and update service schedules and recordsSupport all departments within our warehouse team Sort issues and fix breakdowns efficientlyProblem solving and fault finding on a range of Mechanical Handling EquipmentWork alongside external contractors to complete complex maintenance tasksFollow and encourage good working practicesChampion health and safety
What you'll need
Relevant maintenance related qualifications and experienceConfidence working with mechanical equipment (PPT's, LLOP's and FLT's)Ability to work with hand tools and specialist lifting equipmentMotivation, positivity and initiativeA flair for multi-tasking to prioritise conflicting deadlinesAn eye for detail in a busy working environment
