- Salary - £36,000 per annum

Duties:
- Reactive and planned plumbing maintenance across my clients commercial portfolio
- Water treatment
- Pumps
- Water Supply
- Fixing leaks
- Changing taps
- Drainage & Flushing
- Pipework - Copper piping
- Inspection & fault finding on boilers, water heaters and calorifiers
Requirements:
- City & Guilds / NVQ level 2 minimum (or equivalent) in Plumbing and Heating
- Previous experience in commercial plumbing maintenance (commercial offices, libraries, schools, hospitals, museums etc)
