Maintenance Team Leader.

Salary: (Including shift allowance) �45,000 - �46,000 + company bonuses + Premium overtime rates + bank holidays off

3 Shift rotation. (Days and nights)

Average earnings in the position: �50,000

They are now eager to hire a Maintenance Team Leader to join their growing business.

Duties of a Maintenance Team Leader

You'll be tasked with the daily running of the shift. Here you'll lead a skilled team of 3 engineers with the general maintenance of a busy production facility. This position is perfect an experience Team Leader looking to work for a market leader whilst remaining hands on.

Duties will include:

* Managing a skilled team of 2/3 engineers.
* Shift handovers and reports.
* Reactive and scheduled maintenance.
* Managing contractors.
* Ensuring health and safety standards are kept.

The business has a great induction process and will work with you to settle into the role.

A successful Maintenance Team Leader:

For this role, the right candidate will need to:

- Hold a Level 3 Engineering qualification.

- My client is very open to aspiring engineers looking to step up into a management position.
