Agenda Partnership are recruiting for a Maintenance Team Leader to work for at automated site. We are looking for those with technical skills, a key element of the role will be to lead the engineering team.

Day to day responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of maintenance technicians to deliver contractual KPI’s consistently and successfully on time and within budget.
• Mentor, guide, monitor and develop the team in a way that promotes company values and behaviours
• Support the implementation of CI improvements
• Manage the Health and Safety calendar, risk assessments and safe systems of work, ensuring that H&S standards are designed into maintenance tasks, modifications, and new equipment.
• Ensure standard maintenance procedures are completed to ISO55000 standards
• Prioritise and plan MHE repairs with minimal disruption in line with business needs.
• Maintenance work on refrigeration systems, sprinklers and lifting equipment.
• Responsibility for the staff rota ensuring site engineering coverage
• Investigate fault times and incidents, undertaking root cause analysis

Skills and experience required:

• Experience in automation engineering
• Knowledge of warehouse or distribution operations
• Prior experience working with automated control systems
• IOSH or NEBOSH qualified (would be desirable)
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership qualities.
• Understanding of Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic technical manuals & drawings.
