Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to the operation of the manufacturing process and utility systems
- Provide preventive and breakdown support
- To maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene and GMP during maintenance work, including maintaining the workshops and engineering storage areas in an organized and tidy condition at all times and ensures the correct storage of tools and parts
- Manages service reports using our Computerised Maintenance Management System.
- Carry out scheduled service on plant equipment
- Carry out electrical service and mechanical installation and projects
- Support continuous improvement activities on process equipment
- Responsible for adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
Education:
- Certificate/Diploma in Engineering discipline, or a trade qualification in an engineering discipline
- Basic computer skills
Experience/Skills:
- Minimum 2-3 Years in similar role in a pharmaceutical/GMP environment
Others:
- Required to work in shifts
- Weekend works will be called for based on maintenance requirements
- Understanding of GMP and basic computers is a must.
