Our client, requires a Maintenance Technician / Handyman to work at its site in Tamworth. Duties include, responsible for the maintenance and upgrading of all site facilities, plant and equipment. Grounds maintenance and improvement. Heating / ventilation. Liaising with subcontractors and service companies, such as intruder and fire alarm servicing companies. Upgrading of warehouse through installation of racking, painting, installing walkways. Upgrading of office through carpeting, painting, decorating, fixing door locks and door closers. Setting up and clearing conference and meeting rooms, academy, reception area
