Working 22.5 hours per week Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 9am to 5pm and as a part of a close-knit team, you ll be undertaking minor reactive repairs and carrying out planned maintenance works which includes painting and decorating, health and safety checks, grounds maintenance, gardening, and refuse & recycling management. You ll also need to be competent with minor electrical maintenance as you ll be responsible for the installation of white goods, carrying out visual PAT testing, changing plugs and fuses, emergency lighting checks and replacing lamps and light ballasts.
As we work in our residents living spaces, you ll need to be a good communicator who always demonstrates professionalism and can ensure discretion and diplomacy when needed, including maintaining confidentiality regards recording sensitive information.
