Field based, UK-wide

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the installation and maintenance of on-site SEA technology, specifically our range of civil enforcement ANPR camera systems. You’ll provide high-quality, professional in-the-field service, ensuring our systems are at their best, maintaining SEA’s reputation nationwide.

Installation and maintenance of fixed (e.g. lamp column) and vehicle-mounted enforcement systems
Preventative maintenance – including cleaning cameras and replacing cables.
Resolution of incidents related to in-service onsite customer Systems.
Most work within this role will be undertaken at height in MEWPs due to the nature of the products.
Occasional weekend and evening work as required
The skills you need
Some experience within a field service or technician role, ideally within relevant related systems hardware installations and maintenance
A professional manner, strong communication skills, and able to manage customers effectively and proficiently
Experience of working at height and with electricity (DNO) and/or electrician certifications or qualifications would be beneficial
Working knowledge of CCTV systems, ANPR camera systems or relevant similar technologies would be beneficial
