2 Painters
1 General Maintenance Technician
The roles:
We have two job roles available.
1.General Maintenance Technician - in this role you will work alongside our Response Assets team by carrying out a range of minor response repairs across our sites to assist us to provide great homes for our families living in our properties. We expect you to have a minimum of three years’ recent experience in a similar role carrying out general property repairs, painting, joinery repair, tiling, or basic plumbing. Previous training in a relevant course e.g. Portable Appliance Testing (PAT), health and safety, fire awareness, joinery etc., and a knowledge of Health & Safety in relation to building maintenance duties is desirable.
2.Painters – In this role you will work alongside our Response and Planned Assets team by carrying out planned decoration, making good after response repairs, clear out/ preparation and decoration for change of tenancy work and some minor property repairs to assist us to provide great homes for our families living in our properties.

The salary for the role starts at £26,962 and increases to £27,654 after probation. Based on experience and delivery in role, the max salary is £30,419.
