Management Accountant - 12 Month - Ftc

NXTGEN have an excellent opportunity for a Management Accountant to join a market leading business based in Peterborough on an initial 12 Month FTC. There is potential for something longer term for the right candidate. As Management Accountant, you will work closely with the site Head of Finance to deliver month end management accounts and commercial reports and bank reconciliation's for all relevant. You will also work closely with one direct report. The Management Accountant will play a key role in supporting the london based Finance and Marketing teams. There will also be an opportunity for the Senior Finance Manager with any ad hoc tasks.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

• Support the delivery of month end Management Accounting close for different elements of the business.
• Reviewing of processes to implement change if needed.
• Complete weekly reporting for different business brands.
• Management of direct report to ensure that deadlines are met.
• Ensure marketing costs are reconciled in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will ideally be fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA or equivalent). Prior experience working in a similar position is also essential. Those candidates who are part qualified but have demonstrable and a proven background in a similar role will also be considered. Excellent Excel and analytical skills are essential, combined with the ability to develop strong internal relationships with operational teams and stakeholders. You will be a confident communicator with an ability to influence key business decisions through quality financial insights.

Salary - 40'000 - 45'000 (Depending on experience)
