Management Accountant - 18 Month Fixed Term Contract

As Management Accountant you will be responsible for the production of the management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations and production of daily MI. This is an 18 month FTC with a strong possibility of a permanent role.

Description

As Management Accountant key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the production of the management accounts including reconciliations and posting journals
• Assisting with the production of budgets and forecasts, working with budget holders to understand and challenge income and costs
• Daily bank reconciliations
• Production of daily MI
• VAT returns

For the right candidate there is also the opportunity to get involved in their transformation programme.

Profile

My client is ideally looking for a Qualified Accountant, however they will consider a Part-Qualified Accountant with the relevant experience.

You should have strong Excel skills, along with experience in the month-end process and be willing to roll your sleeves up.

You should be available to start this role at some point in March.

Job Offer

£40,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience

30 days holiday + Bank Holidays

Hybrid working - 3 days in and 2 days from home
