SalarySearch Finance and Accounting have exclusively engaged with a SME manufacturing company based in West Bromwich to recruit a Management Accountant.
Reporting to the Finance Director you will have excellent exposure to all monthly management packs and reports, be involved in stakeholder decisions and heighten your career to the next level. Ideally within the next two years you will be working your way up to be part of the senior finance team.
This business has seen extreme growth in the last three years and continues to be top performing in their industry.
The Role:
Good experience with month end reporting is desired along with managing key stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities include:
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Variance analysis
- Producing management accounts
- Reviewing monthly packs
- Evaluating and manipulating large amounts of data
The Person:
- Excellent communication skills
- Adding value by introducing new processes
- Keen eye for detail
- Studying towards ACCA, CIMA, ACA or AAT.
Salary
£35,000 - £40,000 DOE plus excellent company benefits.
