Salary:40k-45k p.a
We are looking for someone who can:
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions
- Proactively review and improve accounting processes, procedures, and practices, increasing efficiencies and ensuring the needs of the business are met
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing appropriate information and as required
- Monitor and control costs within the accounts function
- Manage and develop the Accounts team to deliver the financial needs of the business
- Improve service quality by evaluating systems and devising new processes as appropriate
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Previous experience working within a fast-paced environment- within a Management position
- Good communication and strong interpersonal skills, and comfortable communicating at all levels
- High level of accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to learn and adapt to new internal systems
- Competent in working in a P2P environment
The Ideal candidate for this role:
- 3-5 Years of Management Accountant experience
- Part Qualified of Qualified Accountant
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and other systems
