We are currently recruiting for an experienced Management Accountant to join our client in Blackpool. Working closely with the Head of Finance, you ll be responsible for multiple stakeholder management to provide accurate and innovative reporting. We re looking for someone with a mind for continuous improvement and development.

What you ll be doing -
- Preparing the monthly financial reporting for the business on a timely and accurate basis
- Preparing regular cash flow analysis with key variances to forecast
- Monthly commentary with variance analysis to both budget and re-forecasts on the Management Accounts
- Preparing annual budgets and monthly re-forecasts to monitor and challenge company performance.
- Keeping the company compliant with all tax matters
- Improve the Finance function operationally with improvements or cost savings
What we re looking for -
- Studying for one of the recognised major UK accounting bodies (CIMA or ACCA)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel - VLOOKUP, IF statement
- Confidence to challenge stakeholders and processes
- Proactive attitude brought to the role
