Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be assisting in the reporting of financial data for the site, owning the site's product costings, and communicating gross margins and costings to the site and wider business. You will be required to assist in the production of timely and accurate management accounts, and be responsible for variance analysis, and the production of flash forecasts. This role will require you to become heavily involved operationally, and take a hands-on approach in getting involved with all departments, to drive the business forward. You will be responsible for supporting the Finance Manager and Financial Controller in identifying issues and implementing solutions, to improve processes and controls. Additionally, you will take responsibility for Capex reporting and completion. About you Perhaps you will be qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), are currently studying and nearing final stages, or maybe you consider yourself to be qualified by experience. You will have experience in the manufacturing industry, and enjoy the operational side of a business as well as the day-to-day. You will have experience in the manufacturing industry, and with product costing. You have strong analytical skills, and experience working with ERP systems. You are a team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and you can liaise well at all levels. You are organised and detail-orientated, with good time-management skills, and you are driven to produce high-quality information and insight. What's in it for you?
