Management Accountant

A really exciting opportunity to work as a commercial Management Accountant has arisen in a listed real estate investment company based in central London, on a hybrid basis. This role will offer great exposure to senior members of the finance team and is a nice blend of reporting and commercial analysis work. This role also offers the opportunity to improve processes and efficiencies so having a good track record of this is key.

The company offers a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 from home as well as a host of excellent employee benefits. They are a people focussed business so need a team player with excellent communication skills:

Duties include:

• Produce timely and accurate monthly management accounts
• Preparation and management of budgets and forecasts
• Variance analysis
• KPI analysis
• Balance sheet review
• Revenue recognition
• Business partnering
• Process improvements

Skills and experience:

• Strong management accounting experience
• A recognised accounting qualification
• Experience in improving processes and efficiencies
• You must be competent with Excel
• Excellent communication skills
