We are working with an international business with HQ in Cheltenham. Our client offers a hybrid working pattern with a nice split between working from home and in their modern offices. They are currently in a period of growth and development and are looking to add a new Management Accountant to their finance team.
The newly appointed Management Accountant will be involved in a wide aspect of duties such as:
- Preparation of Management Accounts
- VAT returns
- Monthly capital working capital reports.
- Maintaining the client database integrity
- Intercompany reporting
- Weekly cash-flow forecast.
- Bank statement reconciliations.
- Processing credit card payments
- Assisting with audit preparation
- Ad-hoc tasks as required by the management team.
To be successful in your application you will need to be highly organized and can work in set deadlines. You will be able to work within a team as well as on your own with a great attention to detail. It is very important that you build great working relationships and will be self-motivated to excel your performance.
Ideally you will be AAT qualified with ambition to continue to ACCA/CIMA, have intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables/ v-lookups) and the ability to build rapport with both financial and non-financial team members.
