Management Accountant

My client is currently seeking a dedicated Management Accountant to join their Accounting & Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of finance management within the Not For Profit sector.

Description

• Manage and oversee all financial operations within the institution.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions.
• Develop budgets in accordance with the requirements of department heads and management teams.
• Monitor the financial performance of the institution.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal controls.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the workflow of the department.
• Perform other related duties as necessary.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.
• An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Offer
