Macildowie are really excited to be partnering with this fantastic company who specialise in the coordination and delivery of bespoke marketing. They're a dynamic and growing company experiencing a surge in workload, and so are wishing to bring a Management Accountant onboard through this busy period.
What you'll do:
- Production of monthly management accounts and associated reporting.
- Prepare and post monthly journals relating to P&L (including depreciation and payroll journals).
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations (including bank, FAR, accruals and prepayments)
- Prepare quarterly VAT returns and reconcile account.
- Maintain AP / AR ledgers, and facilitate credit control processes.
- Assist with annual statutory financial statements and year-end audit requirements.
What you'll need:
- Ideally qualified AAT or part-qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar accounting position.
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and strong on Excel); experience using Access would be highly advantageous.
- Good attention to detail, with a hands-on, inquisitive approach.
- Excellent organisational skills, being proactive and self-motivated.
- Flexible, with ability to adapt to changing workloads to meet deadlines
- Enthusiastic, collaborative team member with great communication skills.
