Our client, a leading organisation in Newbury, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a Management Accountant. You will be responsible for preparing timely and accurate management information to support informed decision-making. Reporting to the Financial Controller, your role will involve a range of responsibilities including completing monthly management accounts, reviewing balance sheet reconciliations, and monitoring project compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of an organisation at the forefront of the industry.
What we're looking for:
- CIMA or ACCA fully qualified or finalist.
- Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Maths, or equivalent experience.
- Experience and understanding of manufacturing environments is ideal, but not essential.
- Excellent business partnering and communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong systems capability, particularly with Excel.
- Outstanding attention to detail and strong administration skills.
- Able to work autonomously.
