Salary up to £35,000

Job duties:
Responsibilities: 3 small subsidiaries
- VAT reconciliations and VAT return submissions
- PAYE/NI and CIS reconciliations and submissions
- Pension contribution submissions
- Datafile Job management (Sales order processing)
- Month end ledger closing routines
- Nominal analysis for accounts preparation and journal entries (accrual and pre-payments)
- Assistance in preparing timely monthly management accounts in the board pack and any other reporting requirements
- Payroll processing
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Fixed assets and depreciation posting
Responsibilities: Group
- Group cashflow consolidation and cashflow forecasting
- Assist with Budgets and rolling forecasts
- Office of National Statistics
- Supplier and Customer maintenance
- Month end reporting
- Assistance with compliance auditing
- Assistance with year end audit
