We are recruiting for Management Accountant (Part Qualified) to join our Finance team based at the Portland Hospital.
As a Part QualifiedManagement Accountant, you will be responsible for providing internal managers and the Chief Financial Officer with accurate and timely financial and statistical information, supporting and assisting them to manage their functions within budgets.

What you'll do:
- Accruals for outstanding costs such as agency nurses, RMO's, supplies, etc.
- Obtaining information from Heads of Department, and the CFO as required.
- Prepayments required on rents, rates, maintenance agreements etc.
- Review of monthly results to ensure that variances to budget, prior year and prior period are understood and misstatements are corrected.
- Maintenance and reconciliation of the management accounts balance sheets for the facility.
- Clearing reconciling items on a regular basis, and ensuring supporting documentation is obtained as appropriate.
- Assist in the monthly review of Fixed Asset Reconciliations
- Assist with the facility Monthly Operating Results Pack.
- Assist in preparation of annual budgets.
- Assist with the preparation of the weekly forecast.
- Support the facility finance team in holding monthly departmental financial reviews and budget meetings with Heads of Departments.
